The Market Care Navigator plays a critical role in supporting clinical teams by managing communication and administrative tasks to enhance patient care.

In Short

  • Provide front-office support for clinical teams.
  • Manage inbound calls and communications.

  • Work in a hybrid model with occasional in-office days.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 1+ year of call center experience.
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in telephony and medical record systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA rules.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license with specific requirements.
