Overview

Conair LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our corporate procurement team based in Stamford, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop a strong foundation in supply chain, strategic sourcing, and vendor management within a globally recognized consumer goods company.

In Short

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement and spend data to support category strategy, cost savings initiatives, and business reporting.
• Supplier Management: Maintain accurate supplier information and support the development of supplier performance scorecards.
• Contract Oversight: Support tracking and organization of contracts and renewals.
• Sourcing & Vendor Evaluation: Assist in the coordination of RFPs and vendor comparisons.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement deliverables with business objectives.
• Digital Procurement Tools: Use tools like Coupa, SAP, and Excel to streamline data workflows.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
