HighLevel is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Procurement Operations Analyst to support procurement operations in a fast-paced SaaS company, ensuring efficient procurement processes and effective communication between internal teams and vendors.

• Address and resolve invoicing issues with the Finance team and vendors.
• Assist in managing the end-to-end procurement process.
• Maintain and update procurement data and vendor records.
• Support contract management and vendor registration coordination.
• Handle procurement of low-value items efficiently.
• Provide ongoing support to internal teams on the P2P system.
• Act as a point of contact for procurement-related queries.
• Assist in generating procurement reports on spend and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business operations or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Capable of identifying and resolving minor procurement issues.
