Procurement Senior Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

ClickUp is looking for a superstar Procurement Senior Operations Analyst who will assist our Global Procurement Team on the day-to-day transactions. We’re looking for a professional that has an eye for detail, effective time-management skills, ability to handle large traffic of transactions and prioritize tasks accordingly.

In Short

• Administer and execute purchase request workflows and processes.
• Assist with Vendor management and set up.
• Responsible for the day-to-day administration of purchase request tickets.
• Work closely with the Procurement Manager to optimize operations.
• Identify ways to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor purchase requests and conduct periodic Purchase Order reviews.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable Team for PO review.
• Drive process improvements within the function.
• Create and analyze RFPs for offsite events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 4-5 years experience in corporate management relative to spend and/or contracts.
• 2+ years of experience with Coupa.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys solving problems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
