Overview

As an HR Intern focused on People Analytics, you will work directly with the CHRO on high-visibility projects that shape the organization’s talent strategy. This role blends data analysis, research, and strategic HR support — ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited to see how data informs real-world people decisions.

In Short

• Work with the CHRO on talent strategy projects

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proactive and resourceful attitude
• Interest in HR technology and workforce trends
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Current college student entering junior or senior year
