Overview

The AI & People Analytics Intern will support the transformation of survey data into actionable, predictive insights that inform strategic talent decisions, contributing to the company's mission of fighting cancer.

• Analyze employee survey data using statistical and AI-based methods
• Build predictive models to drive insights on employee engagement and performance
• Translate quantitative findings into executive-ready dashboards
• Support automation of reporting through AI tools
• Present findings to HR and business stakeholders
• Work with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Collaborate with a team focused on improving organizational effectiveness
• Exposure to AI/ML modeling frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
• Understanding of statistical concepts like regression and predictive modeling
• Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Glint, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Products (Excel, Co-Pilot)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• High attention to detail and data integrity
• Strong communication skills
• Collaborative and motivated mindset
• Ability to work remotely
• No supervisory responsibilities
