Creative Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

This position is integral to the brand and creative services team, managing project tasks and assignments from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes. Collaborates with senior team members and various departments to create assets that align with the Compeer brand's identity and marketing objectives, while effectively conveying the business's key messages.

• Engages with marketing and product teams to create design solutions.
• Assists in the creation of a variety of creative assets across different media formats.
• Utilizes data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets.
• Collaborates with the marketing operations team to create multi-channel assets.
• Develops and deploys creative assets across social media platforms.
• Works closely with the brand and creative team to coordinate project tasks.
• Organizes assets and creative projects within project management software.
• Keeps a pulse on evolving industry trends and applies them to work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, graphic design, marketing or related field.
• 2 or more years marketing experience, preferably in financial services or agriculture.
• Proven experience in developing creative assets for B2B and B2C environments.
• Experience leveraging Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premier and Canva.
• Strong organization and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain effective collaboration.
• Understanding of brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Skills in graphic design and familiarity with various media formats.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights.
• Attention to detail for reviewing materials and ensuring brand consistency.
