Business Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Mankato, MN; Lakeville, MN; Rochester, MN; Sun Prairie, WI; Prairie du Sac, WI office locations.

In Short

• Act as a liaison between business units and the Enterprise Data team.
• Coordinate and lead the delivery of data solutions projects.
• Analyze business needs and consult with management.
• Create and execute test plans and test cases.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Prepare status reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members across the organization.
• Develop quality assurance test plans and lead testing.
• Research and determine root cause of data issues.
• Identify potential solutions and coordinate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, computer science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of data experience, preferably in a financial service environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and SQL Server.
• Basic understanding of designing and implementing reports.
• Knowledge of process improvement and agile development.
• Advanced organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain objective in balancing business needs and risk.
• Valid driver’s license.
