In Short

• Design and implement complex integration solutions between our platform and third-party healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Contribute to the technical direction of the integration platform.
• Take ownership of end-to-end integration workflows.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in integrations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards like HIPAA and HL7.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Drive best practices for integration development.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams for monitoring systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends in healthcare technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript).
• Experience with the entire modern backend development stack.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions.
• Experience mentoring other engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Openness to occasional travel.
