• Serve as team lead for a high-caliber software engineering team.
• Build impactful healthcare technology on a modern technology stack.
• Support interoperability initiative that extends the reach of Cohere’s products.
• Own end-to-end feature releases and platform enhancements.
• Mentor junior software engineers on the team.
• Contribute to developing a culture of testing and quality.
• Assist in developing technical documentation.
• Run sprint rituals and engage in the agile development process.
• Actively participate in the technical design process.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare security standards.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Computer Science or related field with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• 3 years of experience designing and architecting software systems.
• Experience building data services and APIs using Java (Spring).
• Experience with database technologies (NoSQL, SQL, Object Storage).
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins or Github Actions.
