Overview

Commure is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to drive the successful implementation and adoption of its product suite across enterprise healthcare clients, ensuring smooth client onboarding and rapid time-to-value.

In Short

• Drive end-to-end activation projects for new strategic clients.
• Define and standardize implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during the implementation process.
• Configure and customize Commure solutions for client requirements.
• Design custom operational tools and dashboards using Retool.
• Create and maintain data pipelines for monitoring implementation progress.
• Develop SQL queries to analyze client usage patterns.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Technical aptitude with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Superior communication skills with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with change management at enterprise scale.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
