In Short

• Responsible for creating an exemplary client experience for all CLS pro bono clients and pro bono attorneys.
• Motivating and inspiring a high performing team.
• Collaborating with the Manager of Pro Bono Development.
• Maintaining program data and providing outreach.
• Supervising Pro Bono Coordinators.
• Overseeing client intake and internal referrals for pro bono legal services.
• Planning and maintaining policies and procedures.
• Serving as a liaison between CLS and external partners.
• Coordinating pro bono workshops and activities.
• Participating in community outreach projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferable.
• Law office and legal experience required.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with legal case management systems preferred.
• Compassion and commitment to low-income clients.
• Self-motivated and professional.
• Valid Florida automobile license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel and attend meetings throughout the service area.
