In Short

• Provide advice, brief services, and referrals in various areas of civil law.
• Demonstrate commitment to understanding issues of low-income and vulnerable populations.
• Determine client eligibility for legal services.
• Empower and counsel pro se litigants through civil legal issues.
• Utilize multiple computer platforms for client interactions and case management.
• Maintain professional and legal knowledge through continuing education.
• Full-time position with flexible work hours, including evenings/weekends.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Florida.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Experience in civil litigation or working with low-income clients preferred.

Requirements

• Must be admitted in good standing to practice law in Florida.
• No prior experience in a particular area of law is required.
• Experience in civil litigation or with low-income clients preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage simultaneous tasks.
• Excellent legal and community partnership skills.
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office 365).
• Valid Florida automobile license and proof of insurance necessary.
