The Staff Attorney provides legal advice and representation, focusing on immigration law, while collaborating with social work case managers to ensure clients receive holistic services.

Requirements

• Law Degree (J.D.).
• Admission to the practice of law in any state and/or Washington, DC (Maryland Bar Preferred).
• One-year experience in immigration law.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
