In Short

• Provide advice, brief services, and referrals in various areas of civil law.
• Demonstrate a commitment to understanding and addressing issues of low-income and vulnerable populations.
• Determine client eligibility for legal services.
• Empower and counsel pro se litigants through various civil legal issues.
• Learn and utilize multiple computer platforms and technology.
• Maintain professional and legal knowledge through continuing education.
• Full-time position with flexible work hours.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Must be admitted in good standing to practice law in Florida.
• Starting salary of $65,000, with a 10% sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Must be admitted in good standing to practice law in Florida.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Experience in civil litigation or working with low-income clients preferred.
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
• Excellent legal and community partnership skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office 365).
• Valid Florida automobile license and proof of insurance necessary.
