In Short

• Provide legal services to clients in family law and related areas.
• Engage in litigation of family matters with advanced advocacy skills.
• Address a broad spectrum of family law matters including custody, divorce, and adoption.
• Perform advanced legal research and manage an active caseload.
• Travel when needed for client representation and training.
• Maintain relationships with bar associations and community organizations.
• Participate in outreach events and community education.
• Demonstrate commitment to promoting the mission and values of CLS.
• Must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
• Family Law experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must demonstrate commitment to understanding low-income constituents' issues.
• Ability to adapt quickly to job requirements.
• Must maintain professional knowledge through continuing education.
• Must be bondable and computer literate.
• Florida automobile license and proof of insurance required.
