Overview

The Digital Community Associate will support Community Change’s mission by creating and managing digital content that amplifies social justice initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation or digital advocacy.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a digital portfolio.
• Experience using social media for campaigns.
• Familiarity with digital metrics and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage content calendars effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to social justice and Community Change’s mission.
• Collaborative spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• Salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually.
• 4 weeks of annual paid vacation.
• Paid holiday leave between December 24 and January 1.
