Senior Organizer, Care Economy - Remote

Overview

The Senior Organizer for the Care Economy will lead efforts to build the power of low-income people, particularly people of color, in advocating for social change and health equity.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years in community organizing or related fields.
• Experience in developing field plans and program evaluation.
• Strong facilitation, training, and relational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups effectively.
• Commitment to racial and gender justice.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Google Workspace.
• Adaptive work style with initiative and independence.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel.
• Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 annually.
