The Childcare Changemakers Organizing Director will lead a national base of child care providers and parents in advocacy efforts for social change, focusing on leadership development and grassroots organizing.

Requirements
5+ years in organizing or campaign leadership.
Experience in training and mentoring organizers.
Strong understanding of grassroots organizing principles.
Familiarity with digital organizing tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to racial and social justice.
Experience with collaborative decision-making.
Ability to juggle multiple projects.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Benefits
Annual salary of $95,000 - $105,000.
4 weeks of paid vacation.
Paid holiday leave between December 24 and January 1.
Summer break during the week of July 4th.
8% employer contribution to retirement after 6 months.
