The Childcare Changemakers Organizing Director will lead a national base of child care providers and parents in advocacy efforts for social change, focusing on leadership development and grassroots organizing.

Requirements

• Experience with collaborative decision-making.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Benefits

• Annual salary of $95,000 - $105,000.
