Overview

The Protect & Build Campaign Manager will serve as the strategic and operational lead for the Protect & Build Our Safety Net campaign, focusing on coordination, team management, partner alignment, and accountability for achieving targeted campaign outcomes.

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Protect & Build Our Safety Net campaign.
• Supervise and coach a team of campaign organizers across target states.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in community organizing or strategic campaigns.
• Understanding of social safety net programs like Medicaid and SNAP.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate multi-site campaigns.
• Strong campaign planning and coalition-building skills.
• Experience in leadership development and training.
• Commitment to racial, economic, and gender justice.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency with digital organizing tools and databases.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team.
