Overview

Vendelux is seeking a technically skilled, customer-focused campaign manager to drive successful customer onboarding, campaign execution, and prospect engagement.

In Short

• Interface with customers during onboarding and throughout campaigns
• Set up technical infrastructure including domains and email accounts
• Create and validate customer-specific email campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and resolve deliverability issues
• Engage with prospects and manage the conversion funnel
• Document best practices and develop scalable outreach processes
• Collaborate with product team for improvements
• Self-motivated with high ownership mentality
• 3+ years experience in customer success or marketing roles
• Excellent communication skills

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in customer success, marketing or technical implementation roles
• Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms
• Background in sales outreach and lead nurturing
• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance metrics
• Experience with CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record of managing multiple accounts
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
