The Peer Warmline Specialist provides remote peer support to individuals in crisis, helping them develop coping skills and connect with resources.

In Short

• Work fully remote providing peer support.
• Accept incoming calls, chats, and texts.
• Support callers in developing coping skills.
• Connect callers to crisis resources as needed.
• Document each encounter while in-call.
• Maintain confidentiality in all duties.
• Communicate with supervisors and staff for support.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Available shifts include full-time and part-time options.
• Base pay is $21 hourly.

Requirements

• Permanent Michigan residency.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• MDHHS Certified Peer Support Specialist.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Peer Support Specialist.
• High-speed internet on a private network.
• HIPAA compliant office space.
