Partner Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

As part of Column’s Compliance team, your mandate is to drive the execution of the Bank’s Partner oversight and monitoring program. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory expectations and a unique ability to manage risk while executing a methodical and scalable approach to partner oversight.

In Short

• Execute the Bank’s Partner Compliance monitoring program.
• Create effective methods for ongoing monitoring activities.
• Identify trends and key risk indicators.
• Manage risk and compliance components of marketing and product reviews.
• Stay engaged with industry and regulators on partner risk best practices.
• Provide periodic reporting on key risk indicators.
• Partner with business, finance, and legal teams to drive execution of the Bank’s Partner Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk management roles.
• Familiarity with the fintech-banking partnership model.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Experience with enterprise risk management programs.
• Familiarity with commercial banking products and compliance requirements.
• Fluency with key regulations related to banking.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Excitement about working in a fast-paced environment.
