Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) is responsible for converting existing B2C leads into closed sales and qualifying new business leads for sales readiness.

In Short

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospects to qualify sales readiness and close sales.
  • Take inbound sales calls with the goal of closing sales over the phone.
  • Develop B2C and B2B sales opportunities by researching potential customers.
  • Make 40-50 outbound calls per day to qualify leads and close sales.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted accounts to initiate the sales process.
  • Collaborate with team members to determine strategic sales approaches.
  • Generate interest in products and leverage Becker’s value proposition.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or inside sales capacity required.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals.
  • Experience in opportunity qualification and account development.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
