Junior IT Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Junior IT Analyst at CoLab, you will support the internal IT team by handling frontline requests and ensuring fast, effective IT support for the organization.

In Short

• Manage IT support tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with the Information Systems and Sec Ops teams.
• Work in a hybrid model, with flexible in-office expectations.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Track response SLAs and time-to-resolution.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Occasional after-hours work for system updates.
• Support user permissions and device setup.
• Proactive problem-solving and self-directed learning.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to ask questions.
• Comfortable navigating technical systems.
• Experience with mobile device management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and AzureAD is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in St. John’s.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
• Experience in IT ticketing systems is preferred.
• MacOS experience is helpful but not required.
