Overview

Coface, one of the world's leading credit insurers, is looking for an Office Manager in Vienna to support the management team and serve as the first point of contact for clients.

In Short

• Act as the face of the company at the reception.
• Handle various secretarial tasks to support the management team.
• Coordinate internal events and manage guest hospitality.
• Assist in travel management and fleet administration.
• Manage mail, phone calls, and office supplies.
• Provide vacation and sick leave coverage at the reception.
• Work full-time Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or business education.
• Experience in customer contact and reception is advantageous.
• Proactive and structured work approach.
• Empathetic and positive personality.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Outlook and basic Excel.
• Quick comprehension and prioritization skills.
• Fluent communication in German and English.
• Willingness to engage with new situations independently.
