As the Customer Success Lead for Enterprise at Codes Health, you will manage a portfolio of high-value law firm accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from our AI-driven medical record retrieval platform.

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts post-sale.

  • Collaborate with support to resolve escalations.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in B2B Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in legal tech, healthcare tech, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong executive presence for running QBRs.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented.
  • Instincts for identifying and converting expansion signals.
  • Experience with CRM/CS platforms like Salesforce.
  • Comfortable in an early-stage environment.
