Overview

The Customer Success Lead at Codes Health will build and lead the function ensuring customers experience clarity, speed, and trust in the medical record retrieval process.

  • Design and build the foundation of Customer Success.
  • Lead product rollouts and feature adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Customer-obsessed with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to take ownership in ambiguous situations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in building processes from scratch.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical and metrics-driven approach.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools.
