Overview

As a Customer Success Lead at n8n, you will manage the EMEA Customer Success Managers and play a critical role in developing processes and strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • 10+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience in the tech industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a technical field.
  • Experience leading remote teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools is advantageous.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
