Overview

The Enterprise Customer Success Lead is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success with Definely’s products, managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers, and driving customer growth and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Relationship Management.
  • Experience with Enterprise customers in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Track record of managing 20-40 Enterprise accounts.
  • Solid experience in legal tech.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident and articulate in presentations.
