In Short

  • Answer phone calls related to healthcare and employee-benefit questions.
  • Resolve benefit questions in a one call resolution approach.
  • Research claims processing issues and educate callers.
  • Act as the primary resource for various clients.
  • Express urgency and professionalism in handling inquiries.
  • Full-time position with an August 19, 2025 start date.
  • Ideal candidates have a background in healthcare and call center experience.
  • Must have a can-do attitude and provide top-notch service.
  • Multiple positions available.
  • Comprehensive benefits package after 60 days.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or at least 1 year of CSR experience in healthcare or insurance preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated telephonic customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of or familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Third-party administrator or health insurance experience desired.
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
