In Short

• Build and configure medical, dental, vision, HRA, and other benefit plans in the claims adjudication system.
• Collaborate with internal implementation teams and account managers for accurate setup of plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plan build issues in the claims adjudication system.
• Ensure plans meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Analyze plan design changes for compliance and client requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on plan design principles.
• Conduct ongoing research on healthcare regulations.
• Work closely with brokers and clients to ensure understanding of client intent.
• Assist in system release testing for upgrades.
• Available for special projects and upgrades over weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefit plan documentation or self-insured plan administration.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare plan documents and regulatory compliance.
• Strong technical proficiency in claims adjudication systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
