In Short

• Build and configure medical, dental, vision, HRA, and other benefit plans in the claims adjudication system.
• Collaborate with internal implementation teams to ensure accurate setup of new plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plan build issues in the claims adjudication system.
• Optimize auto-adjudication processes to improve claims processing efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on self-insured plan regulations.
• Analyze plan design changes for compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance to junior staff on plan design principles.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients for seamless integration.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefit plan documentation.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare plan documents and regulatory compliance.
• Strong technical proficiency in claims adjudication systems.
• Experience with third-party administrators and brokers preferred.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
