Overview

The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teams! As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. This position is challenging but rewarding, fast-paced, and in a team environment.

In Short

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding billing and payment issues.
• Respond to requests for information from patients/account holders.
• Act to gain payment or arrange payment on behalf of the client.
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies.
• Investigate and respond to client inquiries as needed.
• Enter and monitor payment arrangements.
• Adhere to all applicable laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPPA.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare insurance preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Flexibility in scheduling and assignments.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team-based environment.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
