Overview

The Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Integrated Dermatology will be responsible for handling inbound calls, processing payments, and providing information regarding claims and copays in a supportive and dynamic environment.

  • Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day.
  • Take payments.
  • Update demographics.
  • Provide claim status.
  • Explain copays/deductibles.

Requirements

  • Must know how to interpret and explain EOB's.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Polite phone etiquette.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Self-Managed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Ability to simultaneously use multiple programs.
