Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for supporting the sales process for Coalfire’s recurring revenue through renewing and upselling on a set of accounts known as a territory, while cultivating strong partnerships internally.

  • Handle customer inquiries related to quotes and renewals.
  • Expand relationships by addressing broader client security needs.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality statements of work.
  • Cultivate strong internal relationships with legal and finance teams.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Motivated self-starter prepared for high volume of communications.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep sales cycles on track.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
