  • Travel within assigned regions may be required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success Management.
  • Experience in B2B sales is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Employee Assistance programs and employee wellness.
  • Full working proficiency in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Dutch or German is advantageous.
  • Strong consultative approach and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
