The Bilingual Software Product Owner will lead the enhancement and management of a virtual assistant solution in the retirement solutions domain, focusing on user-centric design and continuous development.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • 10+ years in software development and/or product management.
  • Proven experience with virtual assistant technologies, preferably IBM Watson.
  • Strong background in Employee Benefits and Retirement Solutions.
  • Extensive experience with agile development practices.
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required.
