Overview

As a Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst at TELUS Health, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality standards for our Retirement & Benefits Solution division by developing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

In Short

  • Identify high-level test scenarios and write test cases.
  • Execute manual test scripts and report defects.
  • Communicate with Functional Leads and Business Analysts.
  • Maintain the test suite and prioritize test execution.
  • Follow up on defect resolutions within established timeframes.
  • Employ structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Advocate for end-user needs throughout the testing process.
  • Utilize diverse testing methodologies.
  • Meet deadlines by managing and prioritizing assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience as a manual QA Analyst.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Detail-oriented approach to quality issues.
  • Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ownership of projects with accountability for deliverables.
  • Experience in pension or benefits plan administration (great-to-have).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and Agile principles (great-to-have).
