Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Digital Business.
• Master's degree in Digital Transformation, Innovation, Project Management, or MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in agile teams.
• Experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Direct work with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and AWS DevOps.
• Strong leadership and strategic vision for product evolution.
• Effective communication with technical and business teams.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
