Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with customers by serving as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring they realize value from our products and solutions.

In Short

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with assigned customers.
  • Drive product adoption and usage to retain and grow revenue.
  • Craft strategies for customer retention and negotiate renewal agreements.
  • Create and deliver customer business reviews and prepare reports.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and communicate progress.
  • Manage customer relationships and escalations.
  • Drive a seamless customer experience by working cross-functionally.
  • Lead special projects to enhance Customer Success goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional reviews of product lines.
  • Train and mentor on-demand talent.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French essential.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business or related field.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Experience as a CSM.
  • Experience improving customer experience and retention.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively.
  • High level of agility and ability to manage change.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
