Overview

Cloudflare is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer for Zero Trust to assist our largest and most technically sophisticated customers with deploying and operating Cloudflare's Zero Trust solutions.

In Short

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to identity and device security.
  • Work directly with customers on configuration and integration challenges.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical guides.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to resolve issues.
  • Assist customers in identifying and responding to security incidents.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Support Engineer.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Experience with multi-factor mechanisms and IAM systems.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols and secure web gateway technologies.
  • Proficiency in networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS application integrations.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
