Join Cloudflare to lead and manage Cloudflare's Startup Program, operationalizing and growing Cloudflare for Startups. This role focuses on strategic growth and operational excellence, expanding the reach of Cloudflare's Startup Program while ensuring high-quality startups benefit from the program.

• Grow Cloudflare's Startup Program by deepening VC and accelerator relationships.
• Evangelize and nurture the community of startups leveraging the program.
• Advocate internally to solve product gaps relevant to the Startup Program.
• Expand Cloudflare's initiative to support developer-led startups.
• Collaborate with Marketing to increase startup engagement through events.
• Increase revenue impact of the Startup Program.
• Represent Cloudflare at community events and industry conferences.
• Partner cross-functionally to optimize the startup program customer journey.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in startup programs or working with VCs.
• Strong ownership and self-motivation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities.
• Customer-centric and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally under pressure.
• Proven ability to grow customer relationships long-term.
• Data driven, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and analytics tools is a plus.
