Overview

The Professional Services Engagement Lead, EMEA is responsible for developing a high-performing culture within the Professional Services team, focusing on strategic engagement with clients to deliver value through Cloudflare's services.

• Lead major deal pursuits and develop strategic service packages.

• Develop strong relationships with delivery partners.
• Create thought leadership content for customer presentations.

• Manage partner strategy and maintain quality service delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Project Management.
• Experience with subscription-based business models and SaaS.
• Proficiency in Networking, Zero Trust, CDN, and Application Security.
• Strong commercial experience in service positioning.
• Ability to influence at the executive level.
• Experience in driving strategic cross-functional programs.
• Ability to write Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and UK (approx. 40%).
