In Short

• Utilize customer-facing sales, technical, consulting, and commercial experience to scope, negotiate and close Professional Services opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success organizations.
• Drive professional services sales and subscription renewals.
• Manage the Professional Services pipeline for bookings and revenue forecasts.
• Help transform companies by translating their use-cases into scoped projects.
• Articulate the business value of professional services.
• Collaborate as part of a larger account team.
• Mentor team members and share best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Quoting carrying position.

Requirements

• A BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years experience in the sale of Professional Services and/or technology solutions.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to scope and estimate projects.
• General knowledge of Databases (RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premise technologies (e.g. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
