Overview

The Senior Manager Professional Services will manage Professional Services in accordance with established standards and guidelines, ensuring successful project implementations and high client satisfaction.

• Manage Professional Services operations and monitor project progress.

• Provide ongoing development and coaching to the Professional Services team.
• Maintain 25% billability annually.

• International travel may be required up to 10%.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Consultancy and/or Project Management.
• 5-6 years at the Senior level or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in managing Professional Services operations.
• Demonstrated success in improving client satisfaction.
• Strong background in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Experience with SAP BPC, One Stream, CCH Tagetik, or Anaplan.
