Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in People/HR roles, with 5+ years as a senior business partner.
• Experience in a distributed environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset.
• Ability to navigate complexity and lead change initiatives.
• Demonstrated history of building credibility across all levels.
• Skilled in implementing workforce plans and talent management solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Generous with time and trustworthy.
