Financial Planning and Analysis Partner - Remote

Overview

The FP&A and Business Operations Finance team is responsible for enterprise level planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and capital allocation. Team members in R&D Finance partner closely with business leaders in Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and Strategy and cross-functionally with G&A and Sales & Marketing Finance teams.

• Be a thought partner to business leaders helping to resolve competing business priorities.
• Prepare financial analysis, business insights and presentation materials for regular updates.
• Partner with accounting to support month-end close and deliver high-quality financial reporting.
• Design, automate, and optimize finance processes for a dynamic business environment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth initiatives.
• This role reports to the R&D Finance leader and does not have any direct reports.

Requirements

• High proficiency with financial systems and tools like Anaplan, Netsuite, RevPro, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• High proficiency in building integrated models from scratch in Excel or other planning applications.
• Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectually curious with strong analytical capabilities.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or quantitative field.
