• Support leaders across IonQ in decision-making with financial analysis.
• Guide departments through strategic planning processes.
• Partner with leaders to structure budgets and forecasts.
• Manage the sales commission planning process.
• Create and report on processes for the sales organization.

• Produce timely financial reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical or technical field.
• 3-7 years of professional experience or equivalent education.
• Comfort with financial statements and Excel models.
• Familiarity with sales organizations and operations.
• Superb communication skills.
