Overview

The Customer Success Manager will work with a team to ensure the success of a portfolio of Cloudflare’s contracted customers, managing their post-sale experiences and driving customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers post-sale.

  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer challenges.
  • Continuously learn about Cloudflare’s offerings.
  • Fluent in Swedish; strong English communication skills required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in cybersecurity.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or IT preferred.
  • Demonstrable organizational skills.
  • Experience in a B2B environment.
  • Basic understanding of computer networking.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights.
